30 funded hours for 3 to 4 year olds & 15 funded hours for 2 year olds
Little Oaks Day Nursery is the only purpose-built modern nursery in Malvern! We are proud to be an independent and locally owned nursery with a team of fully qualified, caring staff.
We are committed to creating a safe, stimulating and happy environment for all of the children in our care. Throughout each stage of development, children will be a part of a small friendly group to ensure a balanced student to teacher ratio.
We are proud to have over 25 full and part time staff working within the nursery! All of our Early Years Practitioners are local to the Malvern area and are qualified NVQ 3 or above or are working towards an NVQ 3 qualification.
All staff working within the nursery have an Enhanced DBS and are part of the government update service. They also regularly receive the latest first aid and food hygiene, safeguarding practices and additional relevant training.
We also have a qualified in-house Chef and assistant who prepare meals freshly each day, providing a wide range of healthy, nutritious food to provide a balanced diet.
The nursery is also a member of the National Day Nurseries Association.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm, and we offer a settling in session of approximately 2 hours (or more if needed) on booking a place, to help your child build confidence and settle into nursery life.

At Little Oaks, we are committed to providing all children with the opportunity to have fresh air and play outdoors every day. As such we have a large, secure garden area that provides our children with a fun, safe and educational space where they are free to explore and play.
We have also developed various sheltered areas to allow children shade from the sun in hot weather and provide waterproof clothing to allow the children to play outside in the colder wetter months.
Our garden area has a designated area for babies and young children, fruit and vegetable patches, bug hotel, creative station, sand pit, pirate ship, role play area and large play equipment for the older children.
Our Holiday club runs during the school holidays for children up to the end of Key Stage one and all children are welcome to attend. We provide a range of themed activities which include educational activities, art and crafts, sports and outdoor learning. Children who attend are encouraged to be independent and make their own choices, develop their own ideas and to build new friendships in a positive and inclusive environment.
Freshly prepared meals are provided, throughout the course of a full day children will receive breakfast, lunch, tea and two healthy snacks.
